A brief summary of changes and things to watch for:

·         All forms (Reg Form, Waiver, Em Med, Birth Cirt, and Physical) are to be turned no later than the first practice

·         I will be looking for 7 more adults to help with the coaching duties again this year

·         We need Team Moms for the K-3 and 4-6 grades.

·         Each wrestler will need to bring a water bottle to practice – the drinking fountain will be closed during practices.

·         The school is not a playground – Please remind all siblings and wrestlers to act accordingly.  Many evenings during practice other events are being held in the building. *Each child will need to be accompanied to and from the Auxiliary Gym by their parent*

·         Do not leave siblings in the wrestling room or lobby area unattended.

·         We need 3 volunteers to go to Carroll HS for the Training Day in November.  More details to follow later.

·          I am proud to say we have some of the best volunteers in Bellbrook.  In order to help evenly distribute the work load each tournament weekend, I will sign up 6 families per tournament.  If for some reason, after the list is published, a change needs to be made, it will be up to you to find a replacement for your assigned position and I will need to be informed of the change. 

Last year, all of families unselfishly helped with the burden and I applaud your efforts.   In order for our team to have balance and to spread the knowledge of the sport – we as a group we will continue with this process.  The best seats in the house are next to the mats!!!

·         We are very proud of our practice location in the Bellbrook Middle School Auxillary Gym and hope everyone will make sure to keep it in top notch condition.

·         Tournaments are held on Sundays and we are normally required to be there at 12:00 to 4:00pm or sooner (you may leave when your child is done with all his/her matches. A schedule will be available before Thanksgiving.

If you are interested in coaching either head coach or assistant coach, you must complete a coaches application and submit to the director of your sport. This must be completed annually. Thank you. Wee Eagle Board.
